Shipping Policy
Due to Christmas and the holiday period, lower staff numbers across the country and high parcel volumes are impacting carrier operations, customers may experience delivery delays by up to 25 business days.
Due to current complications with both the trade agreements for many suppliers, and delivery processes due to the holiday period, we have elected to focus on delivering quality products in a safe way for you as a consumer. This means that there are occasionally delays in delivery times, and we are seeing some items take up to 30 days or more to arrive. Please rest assured we are doing everything we can to ensure you get your products as soon as possible. Please contact our shipping department via promotions@dps.com.au if you have any concerns.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are for Australia wide distribution only (no overseas distribution currently):
- $5 for up to 4 printed guides (Australia wide only) total weight under 3kg
- $5 per additional product (other than printed guides) total weight under 3kg
NOTE: additional charges may be applicable for larger postage items, please read the item description as it will be clearly indicated if applicable.
Shipping times are 7-10 days typically unless the delivery route is subject to restricted traffic flow due to Christmas or the holiday period or natural disasters that have occurred - all packages will be issued tracking numbers to ensure visibility at all times for consumers.
The cost of shipping is to help provide the service to those looking for Aged Care, Retirement Living or Disability Support as efficiently and cost effectively as possible while still providing the necessary tracking information required.
